The public is hereby informed the Victorine Ebude Foundation (VICEF), in collaboration with the Diocese of Kumba, the University of Buea, and Kupe Muanenguba Holding (KMH), are launching a scholarship training program for Cameroonian postgraduate students. The programme will provide specialized vocational and technical training at the Center for Salesian Women's Works -Vocational Training Centre (CIOFS FP Lombardia) in the Lombardy Region of Italy, with co-financial support from the Cariplo Foundation. The aim is to create a register of potential candidates from which nine candidates will be selected, all with a university background that allows them to acquire the necessary technical, professional, pedagogical, methodological, teaching, and organizational skills needed to activate the Competence Centre and the Professional Training Centre.
Training in Italy is hands-on and includes a period of practical exercises in specific laboratories as well as a two (2) month internship experience in leading companies in the sector. The training in Italy will take place between October 2026 and March 2027. Participants will have the chance to interact with university professors and technicians to deepen their area of expertise and gain teaching and methodological skills useful for their future role managing the Competence Centre and teaching at the upcoming Victorine Ebude Vocational education training Centre (TVET) which is the fruit of collaborative agreement between VICEF and Kumba dioceses Cameroon. Upon returning to Cameroon, the participants will be hired as instructor's technical experts, and managers at the Competence and the Vocational Training Centre. The experience is completely free, with travel, food, accommodation, and training costs covered by the organization.
To register for the scheme, the following requirements must be met at the date of application submission:
1. Be a Cameroonian citizen.
2. Have a good knowledge of the Italian language or the English lingua franca (minimum B1)
3. Hold one of the following post graduate degrees: Agricultural Sciences (Agronomy, forestry, Veterinary), Economics and Commerce, (Agricultural Economics), Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
4. Alternatively, have a documented professional profile with basic training equivalent to the above-mentioned educational profiles.
5. Be highly goal-oriented towards the project objectives, both for the technical skills to be acquired for livestock production management, and for the pedagogical training required for teaching.

2. A detailed curriculum vitae (CV) with a list of academic and professional qualifications, including any relevant work experience.
3. Copies of academic transcripts and certificates.
4. A copy of a valid Identification Documents (Passport or National ID Card).
5. Any additional documents that demonstrate the applicant's suitability for the program.
6. Bank receipt of the application fee payment.
